- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing. It is our job to make sure they understand our pricing. We are very good at it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet them in person. Find out their requirements and see if we are a good fit. From my experience I learned you need to have certain degree of mutual understanding & trust to make any business relationship work long term. So, we do our due diligence to make sure we are a good fit for the customer and vice versa. We are exceptionally good at giving them breathtaking clarity in terms of pricing and scope of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned on the job. Throughout my life the best lessons are almost always from my mistakes.
