Introduction: With your best interest in mind, and with my five years of experience with the sport of boxing, extensive knowledge of the sport, and resources for training, I offer full training classes on how to learn the art of boxing. Along with the boxing training comes conditioning classes, nutrition knowledge, cardio classes, etc. I am also an Exercise Science student soon to have an associates degree.
