Karl is great, I have now worked with him for 3 weeks and I have been really enjoying our sessions. He is incredibly professional, thoroughly assesses your needs and prepares as well as modifies your workout accordingly. He is an experienced trainer and uses a wide array of training modules to include TRX, kettle bells, weights, High Intensity Interval Training, Kick boxing and Pilates among others. Karl has certainly given me the motivation to train harder and even within the first three weeks I can see significant difference in strength and endurance as well as body shape. I have been going to the gym for years but have never had such a shift particularly in such a short period of time. Above all Karl is very pleasant to work with and takes your fitness and health very seriously.

Judy is a true professional in every sense of the word. She has a ton of expertise in physical fitness and training, and is always able to answer my questions completely and clearly. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she's also is a wonderfully friendly, kind, and encouraging trainer. I appreciate that she guides me through the session using clear, precise language while maintaining a supportive and positive vibe. She thoughtfully custom-tailors and plans my workouts in order to help me meet my stated goals, and at the same time she is flexible, as she is both capable and willing to alter the workout “off-the-cuff” as need be if I arrive at a session with a particular ache, pain, or limitation. I have made so much progress under her guidance and have become more confident to work out independently since starting training with her. I would highly recommend Judy to any of my friends or family members seeking a trainer!

I recently started training with Dianne, and I am very happy with the challenging yet "soft" regime, particularly because of my goal of building muscle but remaining feminine in appearance. I have been taking exercise classes with Robin for the past 3-4 years. She is a great teacher who is able to work with people with all kinds of fitness abilities. I really enjoy her classes and feel that I get a challenging workout in them. She is a trained dancer with expertise in yoga and Pilates. In addition to being an excellent instructor, Robin is friendly, patient, and helpful. She is very encouraging and creates an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.

Each of her classes are designed to challenge your body’s strength and capabilities while always respecting and adapting any exercices to your present needs. With years of experience as a Dancer and Pilates trainer , Christine understands the complexities of the body making her a very knowledgeable teacher . She will personally work with you in reshaping your body, constantly pushing your limits , but always in an atmosphere of good fun and humor that will make you want more and looking forward to your next class.

Steph was phenomenal. I've been in the movement/fitness world for years and she was able to put me through training that I've never encountered before AND was a ton of fun. It was intense, new, introspective, creative, and playful. I can't emphasize enough the play component. It wasn't about moving/working out only because it's good for you but because it can be fun to play! The entire time, Steph was encouraging, adapting to my unique needs, explaining the reason behind each thing we did, and keeping it fun, even when it was hard. You'll feel alive in your body from working with Steph.

    I have had several personal training sessions with Dale, with the focus being pilates and stretching. He brings many gifts to his work, including clarity in his explanation of exercises (helpful for someone like me who is directionally challenged!!), patience, good humor, and constant encouragement. He is not in a rush to get through the routine, and it seems as if he is a good judge of a client's progress, and plans for the next session accordingly. In my estimation he is well worth the time and money. I'm very happy to have gotten to know him, as he is a sweet and caring guy, and I appreciate his expertise. I totally recommend him.

      My abs have never looked better thanks to Gold Post Pilates. I am so much stronger in my core and my balance is really good too. I love training at the studio so much! The spaciousness and decor in it make it have a spa like atmosphere. The equipment is top notch too! Marilyn and Tattiana are wonderful!
