I've been working with Dave and Prime Management for almost 4 years. They help me buy investment properties, do extensive renovations, and do all the day to day management and leasing. They are incredibly competent and honest and a pleasure to work with. I know my properties and tenants are in great hands, and I never have to worry about them. If your looking for a property manager who is trustworthy, cost affordable and reliable then Esteban is the man for you. The company is great! I relie on them more then you know. Having several projects can be overwhelming however I have to say that there is no project Esteban was unable to meet. I recommend Jampaganza Management to any landlord. Take the stress out of worrying and leave it to the professionals!!

When looking to replace my prior management company I called Precision and 3 others to see how they operated. Joe took the time to answer all my questions in detail and provided me with additional information about a few things that I hadn't even thought to ask about. While the company is only a few years old they have been in the business for over 15 years and have their own maintenance guys and some regular contractors they work with to take care of any problems. The fact that they have an online portal for their clients, both owners and renters, was huge for me since I live out of state - I don't have to call anyone to get an update I can just log in at any time and see who has paid, what bills are outstanding, and what maintenance requests were made. As an added benefit Bill even helped me get rid of my prior management company, who was being very difficult about the whole thing. I'm looking forward to working with Precision for years to come. They provide me with full management services at a reasonable price, and have made my life much easier.

    As a management company, Lisa Management excedes all expectations. Property managers are always involved with the tenants and any concerns that may arise. Easy to communicate with and possess a good connection to a series of contractors who do outstanding work. Highly proficient in managing finances, their greatest asset is probably handling budgets.
