- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Without a doubt the biggest difference maker is the plumbing job and the tiling design, size and the suppliers/materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually go to see the job so I can prepare a fair estimate. In some cases, I can also provide an estimate by seeing pictures/videos of the project.
