Very unclear instructions about what I needed to bring versus what they provided … when someone types “we usually include” that usually means they are bringjng it but apparently that was supposed to mean that I was supposed to get it. I was very unfollowing the instructions of what I needed to have at the event but when they listed things like mixers and stuff they said “we usually include” which was insanely confusing because I thought that means they were bringing them… They arrived and I did not have any juices or mixers to mix for anything so one of the bartenders had to go to the store and five and he was gone for like an hour or longer ( in which no one could get a mixed drink because there was nothing to mix it with )even though we paid for two bartenders for the whole event. They overcharged with the original quoted as well as charged another $280 for what they purchased at the store. I will not be using the service again.
