I have worked out at many different gyms and bootcamps always looking to achieve the same goal to Lose fat build lean muscle. It wasn't until I met Devon that I actually began to make real progress to my goal. She is truly great at what she does. She checks in with multiple times a week to make sure I am on track with my nutrition goals in addition to my training with her. Every time we train its something new, which I really enjoy beacuse it never gets boring. She incorporates parts of boxing, cardio, weight training and conditioning to every session. I am going to be walking down the aisle Aug 30th for my big day, and my major focus area has been my upper body and arms. I have toned and lost inches in my arms/chest in just 2 months. Devon knows when to push me. shes encouraging when she sees me trying to master a new workout and gives me the confidence to try hard and attempt new things I never would have done or attempted on my own.
I have been working with Hector twice a week for the past six months. He is professional and knowledgeable in the field of personal training. He arrives to each session with a plan in hand as well as all the equipment we need for a great workout. He is always changing the workout so I don't get bored. I have worked with weights, resistance bands, medicine and kettle balls as well as boxing gloves. He is supportive but not intimidating and helped me set realistic goals. I can't recommend him highly enough.
I have worked with Jesse for the past three years. I have found him extremely knowledgable and invested in my success. Since working with Jesse, my strength, mobility, and overall fitness have significantly improved. I have been impressed with Jesse's ability to work with a wide range of clients from busy moms to serious athletes. With children involved in competitive sports, I worry about injuries. I've always asked myself, "how in the world can anyone actually ENJOY working out?" I've been to tons of gyms: Planet Fitness, Maxx, A few boxing gyms.. But not once did I ever "enjoy" working out. I found Steve through an app as I was looking for personal training to supplement my other trainer. When I met Steve in person, it blew my mind how much energy he had, despite it being 8:30pm. After training with Steve now for about a month, I've found that his energy wasn't just for show. With the passion he maintains for helping all of his members, Its clear that his high positive energy is just who he is as a person and as a coach. Steve takes a customized approach to each of his clients wether it's personal training, small group trainings, or any general members of his gym. He's always giving people advice and critiques on how to improve their form to get max results. As a pretty anti-social gym-goer, I was truly terrified to workout in the small group trainings. I don't like feeling like I have to race or compete with anyone. After a few classes, I realized that with the family environment Steve's personality brings to the room, that the group trainings are based on comradery, not competition. I really like the people that I've met at his gym and they've welcomed me with open arms. It only took a month for me to find an answer to my original question. People enjoy working out when they are inspired. Since meeting Steve, I've been inspired to run faster, lift heavier, and frankly, smile more. Gary is not the typical trainer, meaning he doesn't meet you at the gym four times a week and make you workout and then leave and not talk to until the next workout. He's always there for you. He's hands-on with your journey and focuses on the mind and body and constantly motivates you. He's attentive and really takes the time to customize the training he gives you. Getting fit and living a healthy lifestyle is so much more than going to the gym, it involves every aspect of your life, and Gary works to make your lifestyle better and still fun. SO if you want a trainer who only talks to you when you're at the gym, there's plenty of them out there, but if you want a trainer who genuinely cares about you and your goals and does everything to make sure you're successful, use Gary!
I met Michael when I became a member at Title Boxing in Milford. After taking a few of his kickboxing classes and hearing that he was one of the top 3 trainers at the gym I decided to try private training with him to gain muscle and lose fat. Before starting our sessions, he shared his personal weight loss journey and showed me a few "before" and "after" pictures. i was beyond impressed at his dedication to going to the gym every day for hours and how quickly he was able to drop 100 pounds and even more amazed that he didn't hire help but instead chose to learn about eating clean and taking care of the body on his own. After our first rigorous but fun session (although excited I was SO NOT READY for all the cardio and exercises with new equipment I had never used before...felt like death) I felt rejuvenated and ready to take on more! Over the next few months I continued with sessions twice a week until my training package expired with the club. To continue taking private sessions at a cheaper rate, I decided to end my membership seeing as it was no longer needed since I can still do boxing with michael outside Title. Beyond happy with my progress so far and will probably continue to train with Michael for another year or so until I get the hang of it on my own.

Chris is an exceptional trainer. I have worked with him for a year and in that time I lost 50 pounds and added lean muscle to get to the strongest I have ever been. Chris was able to tailor my workout to reach my fitness goals and improve my golf game by targeting specific areas to enhance strength and rotational power. Chris is extremely knowledgeable trainer from his years of experience. He does not use a "cookie cutter" method of training and was very dedicated to meeting my personal goals as they evolved over the course of my training. I was drawn to Chris for his extensive boxing background and interest in learning about the sport. He checks in frequently outside of our sessions and has been committed to my success by understanding that goals are met through continuous motivation and tracking progress. My favorite place in the whole world! I started going to Rugged to train for Obstacle Races and for stress release through boxing class and found a "home away from home." There is a great sense of camaraderie during group sessions, and the one-on-one coaching is AMAZING. Brian and his trainers make you feel like, "part of the family," as they run you through a class... You WILL work hard, and you WILL see results!
Rocky is a great mentor and a coach , He is also a great motivator and he makes sure that you reach your goals and adjust to your liking. So far I've been training doing boxing with him for about 2 weeks now and I feel way better! Let's lazy and more motivated to start the next day of a 5 day a week training session!
