- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We kindly ask that sessions are paid for prior to the service. Joe and Emily both have separate rates, however if you are looking for the best deal, inquire about partner/group sessions! We hold the right to revoke a paid session if 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation (there are exceptions to those cancellations of course). This is just to make sure that you benefit from this experience as much as possible. We love our clients!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both trainers are required to continue to update their knowledge on what to do with clients. Without updating, the certifications held can expire. This allows us to continuously learn more information about what we are doing! If we don't know, we always research and provide that information to our clients!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that your trainer is certified! Joe and Emily are both certified personal trainers and they are required to also have insurance prior to training clients. This is important to be aware of in any fitness situation!
