Chef Michael & his crew are the best his food is amazing everyone told me about how good the food was & some even went for seconds. I am so so glad I chose them no doubt. Michael Keller from Presentation LLC was the pro hired for our backyard wedding. He was professional and present from start to finish. He responded to my request almost immediately. Michael was very transparent every step of the way, no surprises. He was in constant contact about every aspect and detail of his service. (Pictures, texts, emails, phonecalls) He arrived on time, sharing his location every step of the way and provided delicious, well prepared, presented, and appetizing meals. My guests were raving about the quality of the food. He gave me more food than was even expected. Special shout out for the oxtails, eggplant parmigiano, and the delicious salad. Everything was delicious! Exquisite! Michael went above our expectations for our wedding. We will hire him again in a heartbeat for any event that we're hosting. Well done Michael!

For my 35th birthday I wanted it to be special with my closest friends and decided a chef would be the way to go. In the beginning Mike was very helpful, he sent the menu, sent me different options and we even picked out the table placemats. We had a lengthy conversation planning the event. He asked me to pay him in advance and I said I will pay half before and half after the event. I felt weird vibes when he mentioned he ordered the wrong stuff and then concluded it by “joking” and saying “you better tip me.” I thought that was unnecessary and unprofessional. Then the day before the event he again asked for the full money because he has to pay the drivers. I ended up paying the full amount the day before my event. On the morning of my event, he sent me a simple text saying he’s unable to do my event and will refund my money - which he did refund and thank God I paid with credit card and didn’t zelle or venmo him. But imagine me, I’ve been planning this, my friends were excited, I got everything ready and it was supposed to be such a special moment and he CANCELED on the day of!!! I tried calling him and texting him, he never picked up or explained to me what happened. My birthday was honestly ruined, I had to scramble last minute to find catering for my friends. I don’t recommend him at all. I’m sharing the screenshots as proof.

Once we find out your budget. We want to maximize your dollars. So we look for deals. They can bring you the ingredients you desire. Weather it be Standard,Premium, or high end. We looked for wholesale deals We passed them on to you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we want to know the customers budget. Then We proceed with color now we’re able to work with that. And then we customize each and every menu to their liking.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and some of the other Chef off in Vivio’s culinary art institutes. Such as Johnsonville Wells, culinary Institute, the art institute, And years of experience in country Cloudz and restaurant.
