- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer estimates by project or by hour but always we try to keep prices low. Any job our minimal charge is $120.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, we speak or text to set up a better schedule for both parts, the costumer shows us the job or sometimes they show us only pictures, then we offer an estimate. If the costumer is agreeing with our estimate, then we do the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied electricity in my country, but here in US I worked like carpenter 6 years in commercial company and 3 years in a residential company where I developed skills that now allow me to do my own projects.
