All of the above: Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value and Punctuality and she personally delivered the business cards to my house. The cards are for two new books Evidence of Love and Sky's Amazing Dream. Carol Bloom Stevens email@example.comFeb 14, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Traditionally pricing is applied hourly. Many projects can fit a set budget with defined parameters. Discussion and details determine the rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The desired process is "keep it simple". Most potential clients have a great idea whether they know it or not. A client interview to cover project goals and personal preferences can bring clarity to the client's needs. Being on the same page from the get go simplifies the process and makes reaching the desired goal(s) more efficient and affordable. 1. The interview 2. Basic concept(s) to present idea(s) and option(s) 3. Development of that desired concept 4. Production of final concept applied to the medium(s) needed 5. Perhaps there is a phase 2... These basic steps apply to branding, ads, brochures, books, packaging, event items, business collateral...most everything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Other than 30 years experience, I started school back in the day as a media and communications major / graphic design minor. I continued on with my graphics / textile / marketing design studies at night school as I worked days to support my family. Every project and opportunity is a new experience as I don't look at any project as the same as a prior. Every client has their own needs.
