- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices on all projects can be determined by a variety of factors. I offer a free initial consultation to fully understand the full scope of the project. That way I can give you a price that is fair to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial meeting and agreement on the full scope of the work (including payment/payment method), I supply 3-4 initials examples of proofs, we collaborate with each other until the final product is approved. I will then deliver the final design and assign intellectual property rights to you. Even after the project is finished, I will continue to be a resource for you as your use your design.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes you are always learning, I am always researching new techniques and have taken formal courses and online training to stay current. Truth be told, experience is the best teacher and I have over 15 years of it.
