I love to educate pet parents about proper coat and grooming maintenance. Also for clients convenience I can come to you and groom in the comfort of your home in order for your dog to have a stress free groom session. Please also be mindful If dog has mats(knots) or behavioral issues please be aware fees may apply. Please only request me if you are close to or in Fairfield county CT (unless you’re willing to travel). Prices are based off of mobile services if you prefer in home grooming . What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on, breed, size, coat type, any matting , etc. $10 discount applies to next groom if you refer a friend and they book and COMPLETE a grooming appointment. Prices are subject to change due to condition of the dog during groom or if there are any additional add ons.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll ask initial basic questions to see exactly what the dog needs. May need to see some pictures or consult in person with a 7 point check in.
