I had an unexpected issue with my basement sump pump failing after water started collecting, and I needed someone to assess the situation right away. I had a chaotic day running behind schedule due to personal appointments and car troubles, but he was incredibly patient, communicative, and waited for me to arrive so he could take a look.
Once he got to work, he quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue, (sorry about the low hanging heating system) he thoroughly tested the motor and connections, and gave me straight, honest advice on what was going on.
He went above and beyond to help me detach the failed pump and make sure my backup pump was properly positioned and set up in the basin so my basement was protected from flooding. He even took the time to walk me through the piping, fittings, and how the system operates so I had a clear understanding of my options moving forward.

Would like to thank the team at dryshield for the fast and prompt response to our basement flood emergency after the recent heavy storms we came home from vacation to our basement flooded we contacted dryshield and they sent a technician the next day who identified the source of the leak after going over our options we decided the exterior waterproofing was our best approach the team arrived and within 72 hours had completed the work and since then we have had 2 storms and our basement hasn’t flooded I would highly recommend
