As a USPTA (U.S Professional Tennis Association) certified professional for the last 5 years, claiming the number 1 position in the University of Pittsburgh Tennis team (2014-2017), having 13 years experience in training others and improving their tennis, winning numerous titles throughout my own personal tennis career (USTA and University recognition) of 18 years I am confident that I can suit your need. I have experience in training/hitting with any age (5-80) and any level (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Outside of my tennis career, I am a big fitness enthusiast who does exercises daily as I believe physical fitness plays a huge role in not only tennis, but life. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Individual lessons: $70 per hour
Semi-private lessons: $60 per hour paid for each person
Group lessons ( 3 people and more): $50 per hour for each student

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first want to get to know the player. Get to know his/her story and find out exactly what he/she is looking for. At that point I will base my service on exactly the goals of the player in the most efficient manner possible.
