- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To ensure flexibility and ease of process for our clients, each and every package is customized to their specific budget and artistic needs. For this reason we do not have a standard pricing system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to talk on the phone for initial introductions, get preliminary info and schedule a meet before the shoot or event. This meet up prior to the shoot allows us to get to know each other, create a mutual understanding of what your needs are, and answer any questions you may have concerning pricing, location, props, etc. At this meeting is when we generally go over paperwork and contracts, and schedule a date/time for the shoot/event. For weddings we suggest bringing along your wedding coordinator as well so we can meet and go over any communication or timetables for your big day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive College Photography courses, keeping up to date in the latest photography trends and techniques in the industry while also venturing out to new locations on my own.
