- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on each individual request, whether residential or commercial. We take careful consideration to the scope of the work or any special circumstances or trouble spots the client wants us to address. We give discounts to recurring customers, so if you want a quarterly, monthly, bi-weekly or weekly clean, just ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pay close attention to the property and the needs of our customer. We prefer to give quotes in person with the client to address trouble spots, but we can supply pricing information by walking the property without the customer present, if granted access. We carefully list out each aspect of the job, with optional offers, our methodology, and photos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each window technician is carefully vetted, undergoing background checks, written training modules as well as on the job training to ensure a fantastic clean as well as stellar customer service.
