- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for in salon services are all listed on our website. We do adjust price due to the length and thickness of your hair. When you book your wedding with us and your in need of bringing our services to your location, there is a contract between the bride and owner of our salon stating the amount of people in the party, services being performed, location and time of event, travel costs, etc. Only the bride can make changes to this contract with the consent of the owner. You can view and download our contract right off our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer comes our way we require a full consultation. Depending on what service your are needing we like to meet you and spend time getting to know what you like and don't like about your look and what your vision is for yourself. We also love clients who come in and have no idea what they are looking for. With these clients we take the time to look at your facial structure, skin tone, eye color, and lifestyle to determine the best color/cut/style that fits you and is easy to manage and maintain. We will always be able to meet your budget and make it affordable for you to maintain your new look!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, Jessica Patrick have been in the industry for 16 years and counting. Education is very important to me and I base my career on it. I have continued my education on my own since I graduated beauty school. Attending the IBS Hair Show annually since 2007 and now bringing my staff along for the experience, there we learn the newest in color, cutting and styling techniques. In 2013 I received my certification for Airbrush Make-up By Temptu Professionals. In 2015 I was certified in Bella Lash for Eyelash Extensions. My Staff and I have had training by Wella Professionals, Pravanna, Hatori Hanzo, etc. I could go on and on, lets just say that you can always rely on our staff to have to upmost skill and education in what we do!
