Kelly visited our home today to inspect a radon mitigation system that was recently installed by another firm. He did not charge us for the visit and gave us his honest opinion on what was wrong with the system and how it needed to be fixed. He also insisted that the original installer should fix it at no charge to us There is no question Kelly is a man of integrity and professionalism. We were very interested in hiring him to fix the work done by the previous installer but he insisted it should be fixed by the original installer because he (Kelly) would have to charge us and it would not be fair to us since this was the responsibility of the original installer. It was refreshing to meet someone who cares so much about fairness and quality of work. Anyone who hires this firm will not be disappointed.
