- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At the time I was in my early 20's. and I liked being in the social atmosphere of a bar/restaurant. I didn't have the legs to be a waitress so I thought why not a bartender. I'd still be in that atmosphere but now I was making some money instead of spending it. I worked in a factory and tending bar was a nice supplement to my full time pay.

Make & serve their drinks mostly.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I worked a private wedding reception a while back and the hostess was so pleased with my services she payed me an extra $100.
