Received a response to my inquiry within minutes from Chef Josh. We were given many menu options for our home dinner for 6, and those with very restricted food preferences were accommodated. Since Chef Josh was not an available for our desired event date, he arranged for 2 other chefs to cook for us that evening. Chefs Adam and Steve arrived 2 hours early for prep and had the meal ready on time. They handled the serving and clean up as well. Food was very tasty and we were all quite pleased with our special night.

Chef Josh, Steve and Lewis are a talented and spectacular team. They planned and beautifully executed a meal for 12 for my husband's birthday. From the charcuterie board to the dessert, the food was flavorful and delicious! Highlights included the pan seared scallop appetizer and the beautifully seasoned and tender ribeye steak. Each course was a hit and the wine pairings Chef Josh suggested were wonderful complement to the unique flavors of each dish. It was a really fun and enjoyable experience for everyone. Chef Josh was wonderful to work with from meticulous planning the menu, to meeting needs of special food requirements for some of my guests, to responsive communication through the process. He and his team were professional, arrived on time and left my kitchen looking better than they found it. Thanks again for a great night!! I highly recommend Chef Josh.

I worked with Josh to throw a birthday party for my wife. It wasn't a milestone birthday, but she just lost her father to illness, and it was imperative that it be and feel special. Josh recommended a series of premium small plates to take advantage of the fact that we were throwing the party in a large photo studio with a working kitchen and plenty of service props and surfaces. He brought 2 additional chefs with him. Everything from the communication leading up to the day to the execution, to his deftly handling the dietary restrictions for a few of us was excellent. The food tasted great, but just as importantly for this crowd, including several food stylists and food photographers, it was also beautiful. Our friends and family will be talking about that party for some time, and I know it gave my wife an evening of effortless and pampered fun when she most needed it.

My price per person is the real cost of the entire event. I make it easy to budget and there are no added fees or surprises when it comes to working with me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when dealing with a new customer is to learn everything I can about dietary restrictions, health concerns and allergies that way me and and the customer are on the right page. I've been a Manager of restaurants for 8 years I know how to give great customer service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the Culinary and Wine Institute at Carolina learning how to cook , serve, and teach cooking skills. I'm Serv-Safe trained and have 13 years of cooking experience in the real world.
