- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sending a new client everything they need is the first step. Without first seeing my work, my pricing, and our contract they really wouldn't know what to expect. Being on the same page is important so not only do I give them access to booking information, but I also make sure I have time every day to respond to any questions that might come up.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your homework! Photographers usually only showcase their best work, but don't be afraid to ask to see an example of a full wedding they photographed. You also want to be sure you know exactly what you are paying for, and how long it will take before you have the final product. These details should all be in writing on a contract signed by both you and your photographer.
