Dave was a professional and friendly. During his visit he was actually able to locate and dispose of a rodent in the basement. Since his visit 2 months ago in early January 2026, we have not seen nor heard any rodents/critters. His special spray I believe works.

Dave Smith is great! He called us and discussed what we needed done and provided an estimate. A week later he was at our house spraying and sealing holes so critters could not make a home for spring.
