FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always provide an introductory meeting at no cost or obligation in order to determine if and how we should work together. We need to determine weather or not formal financial planning is necessary and if so what the cost would be. Our financial planning fees start at $1250 and escalate based on the time and complexity of analyzing your situation. If you do not require formal financial planning there would be no planning fee. We act as fiduciaries and always put the clients needs first. We do not accept everyone as a client .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a simple meeting to meet and discuss you goals and concerns and to see how we can help you and if we are a good fit for each other. The meeting is really designed to get to know each other. You learn about us and we learn about you. If we are a good fit and formal planning is appropriate the we would sign you up as a client determine the fee for planning and collect that from you at that time. I would then walk you through a dialogue that is designed to identify and prioritize your goals and objectives and establish the exact scope of the analysis. I would send you home with some homework and generally within two weeks or so from receiving that work back we would meet again to review the analysis. The typical analysis is between 165 and 250 pages. Then depending on the findings in the analysis we would begin to help you maximize on your strengths and eliminate any financial weaknesses.
