- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to base it off of a man hour price of $45-$50 for any Handyman projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really try to talk to customers on the phone or face to face to get exactly what the customer is looking for or be able to see the job to give the right price instead of a N/A or a price that might be higher than I usually might give because of limited information. They also might have multiple projects that I might be able to do all and give a better package price.
