- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices range depending on the job. Some jobs require hourly pricing and some I can give a flat rate. We can negotiate. I am very fair with pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I listen to the needs and wants of the customer. Every customer is different and it is my job to please each customer individually with their specific needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the plumbing business for 15 years. I have worked on large commercial and small residential projects. I am a licensed a pipefitter/plumber in the state of Connecticut.
