Mr. Courts collected rents from tenant, but didn't transfer money to me. Took my business bank account to deposit money into, but never did. Now won't answer his phone.
He did not complete clean-up of apartment, including fixing electrical outlets, so tenant now complaining after he promised to fix the problem for over two months.
Broker can't rent another apartment because clean up has not completed by Mr. Courts.
