Michael Gagne says, "It really speaks to the quality, and work ethic of a company when you have a sales rep come out, actually get up on the roof to inspect it (its a steep pitch, and pretty high up) then educates you on the products, and installation procedure instead of giving you a rehearsed sales pitch. Thats what Nick did. Answered all questions, and returned all calls leading up to my installation. On the day of installation the project manager (who I dont remember his name) prepped me on everything going on, and answered all questions for me. The job was done in a timely fashion to perfection. The clean up was immaculate as well. I had an issue with my vent fan, and Nick came out himself, and climbed into my attic to make sure it was working properly. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my project. I highly recommend A1 for your roofing project. You will not be disappointed."See more
