As a demanding and picky architect, I had a great experience when MDC came to replace our old two-piece fiberglass shower with a new solid surface pan and seamless shower walls. They showed great attention to detail and consulted with me any time they had to make an important decision. They really know their way around a shower! Even better, understanding that we only have one bathroom they took care of us in only three days! Highly recommend.

We recently had our outdated bathroom renovated by Sebastian and Luis, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and attentive. They took the time to explain every detail of the process and really listened to our wants and needs for the space. The transformation is stunning. The pictures truly speak for themselves! Hiring MDC Home Improvement is by far the best decision you can make for any remodeling projects. Sebastian recently completed our bathroom renovation and was the most professional, punctual, and detail oriented contractor I have worked with by far and his pricing was extremely reasonable (even too reasonable for the amount and quality of work he did).He provided a detailed and fair estimate, answered my many questions, and provided an accurate start date and timeline to complete the work. He worked with us and provided his professional expertise when we ran into any unexpected issues and helped guide us through them while keeping the project on schedule.Sebastian confirmed all decisions with us to make sure we would be happy with how things turned out and was extremely thoughtful in his approach for the smallest details, such as the pattern for laying out the tile. He never cut corners and always took the time to do the work correctly, even when other contractors would not have bothered.He was extremely punctual and there was a never a concern that our renovation would be dragged out. Work was completed within the estimated timeframe despite running into some complications due to the age and condition of our house.With his help and suggestions, our bathroom turned out even better than we imagined and we have received so many compliments on it. We are already planning additional projects and hope to work with MDC Home Improvement again. I would be happy to provide a testimonial for anyone considering working with MDC Home Improvement - believe me, you won't regret it!
