- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never add any additional fees unless the job changes from what is described. Ie if you tell us you have half a pickup truck worth of junk but it is really 3, or if you say there are no stairs but we have to climb a ladder into an attic, or if the items are extremely large and need disassembly to be removed (ie a shed or hot tub). So long as the job is close enough to how it was described, we are always willing to accommodate minor changes and will still honor our quoted price.
