Haven't used them but had the free consultation and he was very professional seemed really knowledgeable and was very honest told me upfront his limitations as to not have me pay for what I don't need and referred me to a trusted licensed contact of his.

They did our roof and gutters. The roof work was very good--more expensive than almost every other estimate we got but worth it I think because they do quality work. Be aware that they charge an extra 3% if you pay with a credit card. The subcontractor they hired to do the gutters was surly and almost totally unwilling to talk to me when I tried to discuss where we needed the gutters. He left part of the gutter work undone and then never came back to fix it. Finally several weeks later someone from BestWay came out and finished the gutters. They should find someone else to do their gutter work.
