- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
STR Bookkeeping Services hourly rate for individuals, sole proprietors and small to mid-size is typically $65/hr. STR Bookkeeping Services will agree to provide regular ongoing services for a rate of $3,000.00/monthly for normal bookkeeping (12 months of year), $3,250.00/monthly for normal bookkeeping (12 months of year plus quarterly cleaning) and an additional $500 for year end closing. STR Bookkeeping Services offers a variety of flat rates based on the services needed and in some cases ability to pay.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Meticulous, multilingual professional degreed in Business Operations and Accounting with over 20 years of experience. Extensive accounting, bookkeeping and supervisory experience in the retail, medical, law, consulting, temporary and permanent job placement agencies, corporate and non-profit industries.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most start up businesses will often seek our services to set up or utilize existing software to produce intricate and viable financial data. With detail hard copies of general ledger, spreadsheets and financial statements this data is ready for presentation to financial institutes, investors or other interested parties. Some may seek our services because they have fallen behind or wish to maintain compliance and in many cases may require multiple account maintenance, accounts payable & accounts receivable, payroll, human resources, account management consulting & training. Others may need help with business plans, job descriptions, a resume, establishing and maintaining filing systems or even business operations.
