Hi, my name is Jerome and I am the owner of Direct Flow Plumbing. I have a 10 year Union plumbing background. We are licensed and insured. I’m affordable, quick but most importantly we are sticklers when it comes to our professionalism. We do not leave a job undone or a customer unsatisfied. After you decide to work with us, a deposit fee of $100 must be collected when our tech arrives. If deposit is not collected we can’t move forward. All of our work has a 12month warranty, if anything goes wrong with the work that we install, just give us a call and we will fix it at no cost to the customer.

Jerome was prompt, professional, and quickly identified a long standing issue with the water pressure in my bathroom. He provided options for an interim solution as well as for a long term fix depending on my preference. He was pleasant and thoroughly explained the repairs, which was greatly appreciated. I would contact Direct Flow Plumbing again for future repairs.

My process with working with a new client is the same as working with a old client. I evaluate the work that needs to be done, I communicate the processes and when I’m finished I offer my 6month warranty.
