He reviewed a neighbor's architectural plans; answered my questions; postulated questions I should ask the neighbor's architect; and, followed-through in case I needed something more. Igor was punctual to our initial meeting. Brought Mechanical Engineer to review the project, did not waste my time. He was professional, easy to deal with, and answered all of my questions. Sent me proposal immediately, specifying all to be included. Came for the follow-up to make sure to get all dimensions and all pertinent information. He is awesome, great guy, excellent architect. Thank you.

Igor helped us with a full basement renovation this year- and we were absolutely thrilled with how it turned out. We loved his plan, responsiveness, and willingness to iterate quickly when unexpected issues came up ( as they often do in an old DC row-house).
