- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I write a nice greeting letter and schedule a time to call and chat with you about your event! After that we get a game plan for execution. I do give constant updates if anything is required, ie. additional services or special licenses. Then comes the event day, I give a call or text (if client is unreachable) confirming everything I have ready in case any last minute purchases are needed!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to professional Bartending School in Alexandria, VA. I also took a couple courses through Ananas on spirits, wine, and beer. Learning their original creation process, the different types and the updated new creation process. I also have my TIPS (training Intervention Procedures) and TAM (techniques of alcohol management) certification.
