- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is to fit the budget of the customer's discretion. Discounts I give if you're booking for a venue over 3 hr. and large venues such as 2 day events, launch parties, bachelor and bachelorette, baby showers, office, sip and paint etc. up to 30% You name the price and I make the event memorable and a pleased customer😊
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe in obtaining and booking right away after initial phone or personal interview. All deposits are to be paid ahead of time and direct deposit to my account unless we have agreed upon cash payment with a promissory note established for service. Set-up time and clearing out isn't always included or not in the hours of service needed. * This is to be established when giving what service is required with signed promissory note. Transportation can be arranged to and from the venue outside of D.C. within to an event given in another state with signed promissory note negotiatiated between both parties. All fees are to be paid upon completion of services rendered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am TIPS certified and attended UDC, Stratford University as well as Hilton University and Gallo University for Hospitality and Bartending and Wine Knowledge.
