- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on a lot of things, the quality of liquor being requested, quantity attending the event the cocktails ingredients, an array of questions we ask to make sure we are the best choice and prepared.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our processes is a meeting getting to know the wants, desires and exceptions the client wants for the event. We come up with a menu budget and discuss potential barriers that may exist.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our CEO has been license since 2016, she has a team of license, well trained staffed to keep up with the demand of high class service.
