The crew came unprepared with no tools or ladders to complete the work . The Item was completely destroyed and a replacement of a Yardistry 12x14 Gazebo was needed . The crew was unreliable and unprofessional bringing their children to the work site. Crew was dropped off / abandon by their driver and also reschduled MULTIPLE TIMES before disconnecting all Contact . Hard Pass
