Great experience with Voda Cleaning & Restoration handling the disaster recovery work in my home. Rita was communicative throughout the entire process, the crew showed up on time and completed everything without any issues. I called Voda and spoke to Reta about a mold problem in my crawl space, she and John came out the next day to assess the problem and I received an estimate to remediate it immediately. Initially the estimate was higher than I was expecting but they worked with me and gave me a discount on the estimate, which was much appreciated. The Voda team completed the mold remediation over 4 days the following week. I was very happy with the service I received and highly recommend them. Reta is very responsive and takes her time to explain things and answer questions.

Needed help with terrible mold on my house due to living in woods. Spoke to Reta to schedule someone to come look. She was so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. The technician Chris came out and took a look and took care of everything. Everyone was so amazing. Thank you soooo much Voda.

I manage a few properties and we had a pretty good amount of water intrusion in a basement apartment after 8-9 days of rain a couple weeks ago. It was pretty serious, water coming out of light fixtures and breakers were tripped. I called VODA & spoke with Reta Smith. She came out quickly to assess and gathered her guys Robert & Dom to head over within the hour to begin the cleanup. They had all the appropriate equipment to remove the standing water, get the furniture off the wet floors, remove the saturated drywall and insulation and left several heavy duty dehumidifiers for 2-3 days until it measured no moisture. I was overwhelmed when I arrived at the apartment and knew I couldnt handle this with a wet-vac so Im glad I had the people at VODA less than a mile away. Thx so much!
