- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our pricing is usually itemized , food cost, service personnel cost, equipment rental cost and at times event decor cost such as floral arrangements, drapings and tabletop decor. We also tailor menus and accomodate most client needs based on their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally get the customers information such as name and contact number. We ask what their needs are, whether its food service only they need or food catering service, service personnel,delivery, setup, breakdown or event planning and designing. We then ask what if they wish to choose from our ready made menus or customized menus and if the customer has a specific budget, so we can a menu based on their needs. If menu tasting is required we set up a date and time for the customer to come into our showroom and do a sampling.
