Outstanding! words just can not describe the food, the vibe, and the experience overall. The Huddy was overwhelmed and actually cried. He had a rough year and this was a great year end and birthday beginning. She brought her own decorations for the table, explained all 3 plated meals, Charisma was pleasant and patient and did not rush us at all. I am trying to figure out another event just to hire her again.

I booked with Have Some Charisma a couple of days before my event. I was a little nervous because booking professionals through Thumbtack has been hit or miss, for me. Chef K was professional from our first interaction through Thumbtack’s messaging. She suggested a consultation call before booking to go over how things work and to answer any questions I had. When we spoke over the phone, she was just as professional. I was seeking a personal chef to cook meals for two(one plant-based and one non plant-based). After viewing the menu, I(plant-based) decided on something that was not on the menu, and that Chef K had never made, and needed a few of the menu items altered to accommodate my diet. She said it would be no problem. From signing the contract to paying my deposit, everything went smooth. Chef K, arrived on time. She was pleasant and personable. Her table set up was nice. Her service was excellent. Our three course meals were delicious and presentation was excellent. I had vegan stuffed jalapeños, a vegan steak(her first time making, yet it was delicious), truffle mashed potatoes(altered to vegan), and sautéed string beans and the flourless chocolate cake(altered to vegan) with vegan ice cream. My date had grilled wings with honey and old bay, filet mignon with shrimp, sautéed asparagus and skillet macaroni and cheese and funnel cake tower. Chef K created and executed the perfect fine dining experience in the comfort of my home. I highly recommend Have Some Charisma and will be using their services again.

We had such a great experience working with Karizma and Angel. Karizma was very responsive and adaptable to our requests and Angel drove all the way from Maryland to Richmond, VA for our dad's 60th birthday dinner. She cooked an absolutely amazing dinner. Everything from salad to dessert was delicious. Thank you so much for making it such a fun night!

We hired Have Some Charisma to help celebrate our wedding anniversary dinner. The process was super easy, the menu had plenty of choices and the food was delicious! We did the drop-off service so the food was prepared and ready to eat when we received it. We even got texted by the deliverer letting us know the food was on the way and an ETA which was helpful. Only downside was the food wasn't very warm but it had to travel a bit so it wasn't super unexpected.

After an initial quote, we can communicate via email or phone to talk about details for your event. A contract will be made and an invoice will be sent. A deposit is required to secure the day.
