Marc went above and beyond for us! He is extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. He took the time to explain to us how our new computer worked. Marc arrived at exactly the time that we agreed upon. He was very professional, yet friendly. He went right to work. He works really fast. He explained what he was doing as he proceeded. He has a wealth of knowledge about computers as well as the field of technology. He gave me information on short cuts to using my computer. He explained to me about printers and the pros and cons of the various brands. He told me to call him if I had any follow up questions. As a senior, and someone who is not tech Savvy, I truly appreciated his patience.

Pricing is by the hour. I will give you an estimate up front, and I will let you now if it might cost more before it costs more. Discounts for anyone over 65, military and veterans. The listed price on Thumbtack is starting price for remote work. Onsite is $10 more than remote to help cover travel and vehicle costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide free consultations by phone, text or email. We'll discuss the details of what you need and then set a time for the work to be done. I
