• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Having an idea of the time frame the work should be done and any adjustment that are needed to meet their training goal.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Instructor with American Heart Association and First Responder for DC CERT, Maryland Disaster Corps and DC Department of Behavioral Health Emergency Response Team. I currently attend Argosy University to obtain my Doctorate in Psychology Counseling.
