Whitney was so sweet with my dogs! She played with them, petted and walked them and let them climb into her lap and be held! They were less stressed because they got to stay at home and I was less stressed because I had someone to look after my dogs and check on my house! Great job, very professional with daily updates and pictures of my fur kids - highly recommend!Oct 6, 2019Review from GoogleFetch! Pet Care's reply
Thank you! We appreciate your feedback and business! :)
I have been working with Fetch for years and Jay provides great service. He gets excellent, trustworthy people who really care about what they are doing. The dog walk app is a great tool for getting updates on walks too!Mar 1, 2019Review from GoogleFetch! Pet Care's reply
Thank you Sara! It’s our pleasure! 😊
they charge me for walks that I canceled the day before and refuse to refund me.Dec 14, 2019Review from GoogleFetch! Pet Care's reply
Thank you for providing feedback on your experience. Our team emailed you this morning providing an exception to our 24-hour cancellation policy and reversing the charge for the walk as a courtesy. Our team must balance the needs of our clients with the needs of our employees who depend on the income to pay their bills. Ongoing walking clients need to provide 24-hour notice or they should keep the walk on their schedule as it will be fully billable and the walker will be paid. This policy has been in place for a number of years and is clearly outlined on our booking website and the service agreement signed by each client. We are not trying to be punitive with our policy and always try to work with our most VIP ongoing clients when their schedules change last minute.
We enjoy the personalized and immediately responsive service, both from scheduling to our awesome pet care provider. I truly appreciate how much Fetch cares about, and for, our dog Elsa.Jun 27, 2019Review from GoogleFetch! Pet Care's reply
Thank you Eric! We love Elsa!
Ive been using Fetch for 4 years now for my cats and I wouldnt trust them to anyone else. I love that they try to set you up with a consistent sitter. One of my cats has asthma, and he doesnt let just anyone give him his medication. Since Emy has been with us for 2 years now, Rhett trusts her to give him his inhaler 2x per day. Its amazing to be able to leave town and feel secure knowing that Rhett and his sister are receiving the care they need. Emy also goes above and beyond, texting me updates and making sure my home is secure. Thanks to Emy and Fetch for such great service!!!Aug 23, 2019Review from GoogleFetch! Pet Care's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing is based on competitive market analysis for the DC Metro region. Each service has a set fee based on the length of the service and the number of pets. Every client can qualify for our discounting program based on their monthly usage volume. Discounts range from 5% to 20% off each month!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Our very first step is to learn about the new client and their pets. Understanding pet care needs and expectations upfront really helps us customize a service plan that will cover all the bases. Our MyFetch! system allows clients to create their accounts, update pet information, request service, pay their bills, and communicate with their Fetch! provider. Our technology is a tool that makes our experience better, but it never replaces the human interaction that makes us great.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Our team has been in business for 17 years. Our client service team at the office has over 40 years of combined pet care service experience. Every client and their pets are important to each of us. We are successful because we treat every new client like they are our only client. Every member of our team is a W2 employee. We never use 1099 independent contractors.
