one of our customer of DC Maids needed air duct cleaning service we look on Google and we find this company,Service - Roy was prompt, professional, kept me posted of the issues and showed me pics.. he wore booties.Having our air ducts cleaned wasn't on my list of to-dos. After seeing a great deal for a deep cleaning, unlimited vents, 1 return vent, 2 bathroom exhaust vents, non toxic chemicals, kid friendly and all.- Roy showed me problems right away, which I knew because I can physically see the build up through the vent. What alarmed me was the intensity and the grossness of all the build of neglect from previous owners. I wanted to cry.. Lloyd spent about 3 hours deep cleaning.

They have no idea what they're doing. They basically just clean the outside ducts with a cheap wet/dry vacuum and not the inside ducts at all. They also charge you way too much. Initial estimates were $1300 to clean out my bars AC and kitchen hood vents. They said they were done in less than an hour and all they had done was vacuum. ANYONE CAN DO THAT. I called and ended up talking them down because the quality of service was so horribly poor to $600 just so I would never see them again. There was no discussion of hourly rate, no contract, not even a person on site ever that spoke english well enough to understand what I needed to get done. This company is a huge scam and these reviews are more than likely fake. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We just moved into our new house and had boxes everywhere -- not a great situation for an air duct cleaner. But due to the construction dust from the remodeling of the home that had gotten into the ducts, we needed a cleaning ASAP. Our cleaner, Kobi, did a great job working his way through the house without disturbing our stuff. On top of that, we has very professional and communicative -- he explained all of the different cleaning options very clearly and was not pushy about trying to get us spend more than we were comfortable. The cleaning went quickly and smoothly, and we feel great now about the air quality coming out of the vents. Would absolutely use Kobi and Air Duct Cleaning DC again!

Wow!! What a great experience dealing with Kobi from Air Duct Cleaning DC. He was on time, personable, professional and HONEST. Kobi began with an inspection of the vent, registers, air intakes, boilers and coils. As we walked through the house he pointed out things that we needed as well as things that we did not need. He offered recommendations but was never pushy. He simply educated my wife and I and allowed us to decide what services/products we felt best. I kept waiting for the big sales pitch, but it never came. Once we determined what work was to be done, Kobi was efficient and thorough. Once the job was complete he included his personal phone number with the receipt and told us to call anytime should we have questions or needed additional services. I would highly recommend Air Duct Cleaning DC.
