My three-way gas fireplace would no longer turn on properly when the switch was flipped. The technician who came to inspect it was right on time and did an excellent job both cleaning and repairing my fireplace.

Wow!! What a great experience dealing with Kobi from Air Duct Cleaning DC. He was on time, personable, professional and HONEST. Kobi began with an inspection of the vent, registers, air intakes, boilers and coils. As we walked through the house he pointed out things that we needed as well as things that we did not need. He offered recommendations but was never pushy. He simply educated my wife and I and allowed us to decide what services/products we felt best. I kept waiting for the big sales pitch, but it never came. Once we determined what work was to be done, Kobi was efficient and thorough. Once the job was complete he included his personal phone number with the receipt and told us to call anytime should we have questions or needed additional services. I would highly recommend Air Duct Cleaning DC.

We just moved into our new house and had boxes everywhere -- not a great situation for an air duct cleaner. But due to the construction dust from the remodeling of the home that had gotten into the ducts, we needed a cleaning ASAP. Our cleaner, Kobi, did a great job working his way through the house without disturbing our stuff. On top of that, we has very professional and communicative -- he explained all of the different cleaning options very clearly and was not pushy about trying to get us spend more than we were comfortable. The cleaning went quickly and smoothly, and we feel great now about the air quality coming out of the vents. Would absolutely use Kobi and Air Duct Cleaning DC again!

Heating System Repair or Maintenance
They came within the range of time given and did clean my ducts. I paid for their Facebook promotion and they only vacuumed the grates in my ducts. I may be a novice in this space but it seemed quite expensive for the ~15 minutes of work that they did. Definitely a learning experience, I did not know duct cleaning was such a simple process.
