About
I'm very pleased to share with you the honor of receiving Thumbtack's Best of 2015 award.
My goal is to get the best photo of you that will enhance your professional potential and have maximum impact on your website and commercial or social uses.
I will go above and beyond what is required of me when photographing events, starting by arriving early to determine the correct lighting, camera settings and overall look of the venue.
When shooting products for websites such as Ebay, Etsy etc., the focus is on acquiring accurate product color, clarity and sharpness.
I shoot with top-of-the-line Canon equipment. I use the industry-standard Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 and Adobe Photo Lightroom 5 software for any post-production editing and have mastered advanced skills for optimizing digital images in color or black and white.
My photography equipment is completely portable, and I can bring everything I need with me to your office or home. The setup time is usually around 15-20 minutes for headshots.

Working with Larry Allen McBee was absolutely wonderful! He was quick to respond to any messages or questions whilst planning the photo shoot and on the day of the shoot he was fun to work with, easy-going and remained professional at all times. After the photo shoot the final images were received in a timely manner and I was very pleased with the end result. I would definitely work with this photographer again and I recommend him to anyone seeking a photographer in the DC area!

Mr. McBee took several photos of benches for our manufacturer to be used in various mediums. Mr. McBee was friendly, courteous and very professional. The pictures were done in a timely manner and they turned out very well. Mr. McBee had excellent costs for the job and we are planning on using him again for several other projects.

Larry is an outstanding photographer. He did a commercial shoot for me of our jewelry collection. He was a delight to work with, incredibly professional and was 100% dedicated to making sure we were happy with the shots throughout the entire process. Working with Larry was a breeze, he was flexible with meeting time. In fact, I met him two days in a row to take photos in different locations. I wanted him to photograph my graduation ceremony and ended up with great shots. He was always on time, patient and great photography.
