FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price you see is the price you pay. The figure is always all-inclusive with no surprise hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial consultation process, we move to an easy electronic contract which spells out the details for the job, including a deadline for receiving the final photos. I usually contact the client a month before the event to firm up timelines and shotlists and then speak again by phone within two weeks of the event to make sure we are on the same page about everything. After the event, all of the photos are available in a really nice gallery for sharing with family and friends. They can download high resolution images directly for there. I can send preview pictures while working on processing the entire batch.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked under a number of photographers while learning the craft, having second shot close to 15 weddings. I still second shoot weddings on occasion, doing so twice last year, when scheduling permits as part of the continuing education process.
