- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system because I believe that every situation is different and I will customize my prices to the needs and wants of each client. No one should have to pay for something that they didn't want in the first place.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to reach out and get to know each customer. I want to make sure that I know exactly what they are expecting from the photo shoot and to put them at ease about me, my qualifications, and to make sure our personalities mesh with each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the photography business for over 20 years in Minnesota before moving to California. I graduated with a bachelor's of Photography from Hennepin County Technical College and have been loving it ever since.
