Working with Ms. Andrews was and is the most pleasant experience I could ever have. I am an overthinker and I worry about everything, all the time. However, Ms. Andrews reassured me several times that she had my back, AND THAT SHE DID!!!! When I first reached out to her, she was punctual with responding and her kind demeanor and keen spirit was evident in the first few sentences. I immediately was able to conclude that her perseverance and ability to listen would be unmatched. I had a few attorneys that were at the top of my list, but after our initial intake call, I was sold. She made me feel so comfortable and I trusted her immediately to represent me. Finding the words to describe my experience with Ms. Andrews is a challenge because it’s unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. From the onset of our communication, I felt valued, affirmed, supported and understood.
