The workmanship was horrible. Obviously no idea what they are doing on stainless. They didn't even take time to brush the weld. Weld incomplete.

The job that was asked to be done wasn't! Having rust all over and gaps in the platform and steps. We asked if we should replace the iron staircase with a brand new one. We were told no. They could remove the rust and put a new platform up. Add a sealant and repaint. All they did was paint over the rust, and they didn't add any sealant. It looks bad, and when asked about rescheduling, I was told the boss was on vacation, and now no response from them.
